Vassilia Pombieri is a Lawyer of Athens, appointed to the Supreme Court and specializes in Commercial – Corporate Law, Investment Law and Real Estate Law. A graduate with a full scholarship from the Hellenic College of Thessaloniki, she was admitted to the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. After completing her undergraduate studies, she practiced law at a bank and in the early years of her law she worked as an external banking partner and legal advisor to companies. At University College London, she completed her postgraduate studies in International Commercial Law, specializing in corporate and banking law. He competed in handball and was a key member of the national teams for a decade.
Through the law firm in which she was a, she dealt exclusively with companies of the ELLAKTOR Group, in the field of construction and energy, while conducting international arbitrations as a lawyer.
She has been a research associate in the Hellenic Parliament and a Legal Adviser at the Ministry of Rural Development, while to this day she collaborates with public bodies and organizations. She is a legal consultant in commercial enterprises and is very active in real estate investments. She is involved in pro bono with sports law cases, specifically with the support of underage athletes, while she has been elected and holds an unpaid position on the Disciplinary Committee and Appeals Committee of the European Sports Association des Police des Europe.
